| We offer an in-house training program in how to
practice law with computers for law firms and corporate legal department. This training
program involves both an on-site component and an on-line component. The on-line component
offers the creation of a customized "Law Practice Technology Center"
which resides on the client's intranet and which offers customized one-to-one technical
assistance to attorneys through E-mail, on-line chat, and discussion group software.
