This gopher site is maintained by the U.S. House of Representatives, House Information Systems office. It is organized by title and subject matter. It contains the text of Titles 1 - 12 in full force and effect as of January 24, 1995, and Titles 13 - 50 in full force and effect as of January 4, 1994.
